Standard width 3.0-4.0cm (3.5cm most common). Belt body: genuine top-grain leather, split cowhide, or high-density PU, thickness 3.0-3.8mm, pre-stretched. Buckle: alloy pin buckle or automatic buckle. Automatic buckle internal spring and ratchet tested for multiple cycles without slipping. Holes: oval punched and edge-painted, spacing 2.5cm. Passes AZO, nickel, cadmium, and lead tests. Belt tip heat-sealed or reinforced with double stitching. Suitable for business formal and daily casual. Supports logo embossing, two-color splicing, and extended lengths (up to 140cm). Monthly capacity 500,000 pieces, stable supply for European and American brands.
